Booking Terms & Conditions 
  • Bookings on a first come first served basis.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to book a holiday.
  • A refundable security deposit of £50 is required and is refunded 7-10days after your departure, if the caravan is left clean, tidy and no damage.
  • If the caravan is not left clean, tidy and no damage as you found it, this will result in your secuirty deposit not being refunded.
  • You will find everything you need whilst staying in our holiday home.
  • If you take keys from reception there will be a £3.50 charge, if this charge occures we will subtract this £3.50 from your security deposit as we provide the keys.
  • Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to taking holiday or will be re-advertised.
  • No ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE parties or pets allowed.
  • Full names of all members guest plus dates of birth for under 18 years old at date of holiday. (Haven requirement for booking registration forms.)
  • Full Paperwork will be sent to you when the full amount has cleared in the bank.
  • Sorry No Pets or Smoking Allowed
  • A valid domestic TV licence will cover use at the holiday accommodation but should not be in use at your home address at the same time.
  • Only the people named on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the accomadation, as we have to provide haven with this information for insurance purposes.
  • If a problem beyond our control occurs, (i.e. Flood, Fire, Act of God or Vandalism etc.) then we will try to find alternative accomadation and if we can not then a full refund will be given.
Usage Terms.
  • Arrival time is 2.30pm on start of holiday and departure time is 10am at end of holiday. (This is to allow time for the caravan to be cleaned)
  • If you do not vacate the caravan by 10am, this will result in your security deposit not being refunded in full. ( As our cleaners have a schedule to keep to).
  • If you have any problems whilst staying in our holiday home, please contact Sarah or Tracey on the contact details above.
  • If you do contact reception regarding a problem that occurs with the caravan, this may result in your security deposit not being refunded in full.
  • All site clubs, restaurants, pools and activities etc require site passes.
  • All Gas & Electricity is included.
  • Quilts and pillows all with (protectors) are available for use but please provide your own quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases or bring your own personal bedding.
  • Crockery, pots & pans are provided
